The Motorsport Collective is a UK sole trader. The Motorsport Collective promotes business opportunities between individuals. This is the focus of all its online and offline activities, and those of its members, subscribers, website users, and event attendees.
The website www.themotorsportcollective.com is offered to all users, conditional to your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership of The Motorsport Collective
Membership of The Motorsport Collective is open to all individuals who want to promote themselves, their company, goods and services to other individuals and companies, and, in turn, are open to promotion of other members' goods and services.
Any individual who is employed - either on a full time, part time, freelance, consultancy or voluntary basis; any individual who is currently studying an accredited motorsport related qualification or any individual who has a current valid motor racing licence can apply to The Motorsport Collective for membership.
The Motorsport Collective reserves the right to deny or cancel membership, access to its events or online facilities should the individual be deemed not suitable for membership. No explanation needs to be given.
Any individual, company or its representatives acting in a manner not conducive to the aims of The Motorsport Collective can have their membership suspended or rescinded at the discretion of The Motorsport Collective. Such activities such as non-payment of fees, spamming members via email, posting of lewd or inappropriate content online or aggressive promotion, promotion of other networks to the detriment of The Motorsport Collective especially where such promotion is by a person with a rewarded position within another network can lead to suspension or membership cancellation. In such circumstances, no refund of fees will be made.
Individual members pay an annual subscription fee in return for benefits that are accorded to members. These include invitations for events, reduced and at the discretion of The Motorsport Collective, other services designed to increase business marketing opportunities for each of its members.
The Motorsport Collective Membership fee is charged annually and is liable on the day of the start of membership and then on the day of annual renewal. Members will be contacted one month prior to their membership expiration date to confirm their intent to renew membership for an additional term. The Motorsport Collective will not automatically renew membership of individuals without prior consent from members.
Membership will only start before payment is received at the discretion of The Motorsport Collective and on the understanding that the terms of membership including payment have been understood and accepted by the company.
Payment must be made before the end of the current annual membership date. In such cases where payment is not received before the end of current membership, membership will be suspended pending settlement.
Failure to pay for membership will lead to a suspension of membership. The Motorsport Collective will pursue full annual payment and will only re-activate the membership once the annual payment is received in full.
The annual membership fee, once agreed and made, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Privacy
All personal and corporate information is only used by The Motorsport Collective for its own business purposes. We act in accordance with UK Data Law and will not pass on your details to third parties.
From time to time, The Motorsport Collective to work with agencies which provide additional business services. In such cases, these other agencies will be providing services that we believe you will find useful and are themselves usually members of The Motorsport Collective. They will not have access to your data.
Event bookings
All individuals must book ahead of the event they wish to attend. Prior booking is a prerequisite of admittance. Where no booking is made, entry cannot be guaranteed. In circumstances where no booking has been received, The Motorsport Collective can only permit entry subject to full payment being received before entering the event.
The Motorsport Collective reserves the right to pursue non-paying individuals for payments due. Members can be suspended for non-payment of due event fees until such time as the amount due is settled.
All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by email. Payment is confirmation of attendance. Where bookings are made and accepted and a payment arrangement is allowed on the day, the individual accepts full liability in the event they do not attend. The Motorsport Collective will contact the individual for the agreed payment and seek settlement by return.
All refunds and transfers are at the discretion of The Motorsport Collective.
All data collected when booking is subject to our Privacy terms above. We do not keep or store any card details when these are used for bookings.
External links
The Motorsport Collective has no control over external sites and their site advertisers and accept no responsibilities over external sites, content, products or services.
Cancelling membership
At the end of each membership year, every member will be invited to renew their membership. At the start of the new year's membership, all benefits of membership shall remain provided payments for the previous and current year are in order. The office will notify the member business of any arrears.
Those members choosing to leave The Motorsport Collective should inform the office of their decision before the end of that current year's membership. Benefits of membership will be removed on the last date of that year's membership including event attendance and any other benefits of membership available at the time of cancellation.
In order for these benefits to be reinstated, membership must be reactivated and due fees made. The Motorsport Collective will inform each individual of their status and fees due.
The leaving individual forfeits all rights of attendance of The Motorsport Collective events. If anyone at your company wishes to attend a future event, the company will have to rejoin The Motorsport Collective.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Motorsport Collective, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of any online content, services, or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
